Products marked under "Pre-Order" scheme will have an estimated delivery date mentioned in the listing. Such products are currently not in stock and will be shipped once the mentioned date arrives. There is a possibility that the product arrival may be delayed beyond the estimated date, in which case the customer is eligible for a refund and may opt either for said refund or may choose to wait further as per their discretion. All communication pertaining to such deliveries will be communicated via email.
European Countries:
Shipping costs are calculated at check-out. Goods are generally shipped with GLS. However, IWAS Products Belgium vzw has the right to change the shipping method if this is favorable for your order.
- For amounts under 50 EUR, a flat rate of 5,95 EUR shipping is charged.
- From an order over 50 EUR, there is free shipping.
These rates are valid within Europe and only apply to private webshop orders.
